Assigning a Loyalty Card to A Sale or Order

When a sale or order is on the Payment screen click on the Loyalty Card button.  

If there is a physical loyalty card swipe the card to associate the Loyalty account with the sale.


If the customer doesn't have their card click the "Lookup by Customer" button to search for the customer.

You can search by First or Last Name, Phone Number or Email address.

Once the Loyalty Account has been found BakeSmart will confirm the selection.

Finally, BakeSmart will display the loyalty account and customer information on the Payment Screen showing that a Loyalty Account has been associated with the sale.
