The easiest way to find an order when a customer is there to pick up is to use the Find Ticket button. The Find Ticket button can be found on the BakeSmart home screen as well as the POS home screen.
Clicking either button will load the Find Ticket screen. Click the Open Orders checkbox and select Date Required dates if necessary.
Results can be filtered using the Funnel Icon. Type in the search term and click the search button. BakeSmart will filter the found tickets based on the search criteria. If the Funnel Icon is highlighted it means that there is an active search on the screen. You can search by customer name and order number. To remove the search, click the funnel, click clear then search.
If the customer has an order receipt with a barcode you can also search using the barcode.
Once the order is selected BakeSmart displays the relevant information and allows for the order to be picked up or to add items if the customer wants to add a carryout sale to their order pickup.
